Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in Software License Management or SAM
• Experience with licensing models, entitlements, renewals
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, policies, and processes
• Hands-on experience with software licence audits, reconciliations, and compliance risks

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a global Software License Management and SAM strategy.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, controls, and standard operating procedures.
• Drive consistent licence management practices across global business functions.
• Manage the end-to-end software licence lifecycle, including procurement entitlements, usage, demand, renewals, and optimisation.
• Identify opportunities to reduce software costs and improve licence utilisation.
• Maintain accurate software licence records and entitlement data.
• Coordinate remediation activities and maintain accurate effective licence positions.
