Job summary

Tapflo Group seeks a creative and business-minded professional to own the global social media presence and video content production. You will work with marketing teams across countries, lead global social media communication, and elevate visual storytelling worldwide.

You will plan content calendars, build online communities, monitor trends, and analyze performance to drive business outcomes across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tapflo’s global presence on LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
• Plan and execute content calendars across channels.
• Build and engage our online community.
• Monitor platform trends and adopt new formats.
• Analyze performance and advise improvements using data.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Create visual content from concept to delivery: reels, videos, photography.
• Film, edit and optimize content for different markets.
• Plan product and corporate photo shoots and edits.
• Maintain visual identity across marketing material.
• Write captions, scripts, and short-form copy in English.
• Collaborate on international B2B content initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to global campaigns.
• Ensure content aligns with Tapflo’s brand and goals.
