Foap is seeking a Creative Director who lives and breathes social media, leading a talented team to develop scroll-stopping content for global brands. You will set the creative direction for one of the leading creator agencies, shaping strategy and driving impact in the creator economy.

You will mentor Creative Strategists, craft innovative campaigns for platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Snap, and collaborate with sales to grow the business while ensuring high-quality, data-driven outputs.

Formación

• 7+ years in content creation, social media marketing, or a creative agency.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, Snap and emerging platforms; virality mechanics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Creative Strategists and drive innovative strategies for global brands.
• Present creative visions to clients and collaborate with sales to win new business.
• Oversee end-to-end creative process from concept to delivery with data-driven optimization.
• Identify opportunities in the creator economy and represent the agency as a thought leader.
