Job summary

Arrive is seeking a Social Media Manager to own and grow our presence across social channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn. You’ll craft content for global and local markets, turn technical topics into accessible content, plan campaigns, and use data to continuously improve results.

You will collaborate with marketing, comms, brand, product teams, and country directors, requiring strong communication, initiative, and self-discipline. This role offers variety and significant autonomy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable managerial social media role.
• Plan to execution with minimal supervision and strong self-discipline.
• Proven experience writing articles and long‑form content.
• Proven history managing, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns across channels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights.
• Experience with tools for scheduling social posts.
• Experience with Canva and Photoshop for visuals.
• Experience with AI tools, including prompting and creating instructions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Assertive communication and proactive initiative.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across social media channels, including calendars.
• Create content and campaigns for global and local markets with country teams.
• Write articles and posts in varying styles and tones for different audiences.
• Manage, optimize, and analyze paid and organic campaigns.
• Track performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders and management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and SMEs to gather input and approvals.
• Collaborate with designers and external partners on visuals.
• Monitor channels, engage communities, and protect brand voice.
• Stay ahead of trends and propose new ideas to the team.
