You will plan content calendars, build online communities, monitor trends, and analyze performance to drive business outcomes across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

At Tapflo, we are looking for a creative and business-minded professional who will take ownership of our global social media presence and video content production.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with strategy, can independently manage projects from idea to execution, and understands how great content supports real business objectives.
You will work closely with marketing teams across multiple countries, lead our global social media communication, and help elevate the quality of our visual storytelling worldwide.

• Manage and develop Tapflo’s global presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute content calendars across multiple channels.
• Build and engage our online community.
• Monitor platform trends and implement new content formats.
• Analyze performance and recommend improvements based on data and audience insights.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all social media channels.

Video & Visual Content Creation

• Create compelling visual content from concept to final delivery, including social media reels, product videos, corporate content, event coverage, and photography.
• Film, edit, and optimize content for different platforms, audiences, and markets.
• Plan and execute product and corporate photo shoots, including photo editing and asset preparation.
• Ensure a consistent visual identity and high creative standards across all marketing materials while supporting campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Content Creation

• Create engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, and video productions.
• Write captions, scripts, short-form copy, and communication materials in English.
• Collaborate on content marketing initiatives aimed at international B2B audiences.
• Ensure all content aligns with Tapflo’s brand identity and business goals.

Global Collaboration & Content Excellence

• Collaborate with Tapflo companies and distributors worldwide to gather ideas, stories, and content for global marketing activities.
• Mentor and support our Junior Global Marketing Specialist, helping turn creative ideas into high-quality, business-oriented marketing assets.
• Ensure consistent brand communication and visual standards across international markets while contributing to global campaigns and marketing initiatives.
