Job summary

TheSoul Group is a remote-first global team seeking experienced Creative Producers to lead creative content production for external clients and brands.

You will manage the production from brief to delivery, translate client goals into briefs, and guide designers, editors, and creators to deliver high-quality social media content. Collaborate with stakeholders, monitor timelines and budgets, and uphold creative standards across formats.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creative production for external clients as a Producer or equivalent.
• Experience working with major international brands is a strong advantage.
• Experience leading creative teams and scaling output.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of video, static, and other social media content for external clients.
• Work directly with clients to understand business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs and production plans.
• Guide designers, editors, and production staff throughout the creative process.
• Develop and refine concepts that support brands and social media objectives.
• Oversee quality control across deliverables and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage production timelines, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
