Job summary

Arrive is seeking a Social Media Manager to own and grow our presence across social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn. You will create content for global and local markets, turn complex topics into engaging material, plan campaigns, and use data to improve results. The role is mostly remote with occasional visits to the Łódź office.

You will collaborate with digital marketing, web, communication, brand & creative, and product teams, requiring strong communication and self-discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a managerial social media role with full channel ownership.
• Ability to plan, execute and report independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience writing articles and long-form content for diverse audiences.
• Proven history of managing, optimizing and analyzing campaigns across channels.
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience preparing clear reports and presentations for non-specialist audiences.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools for social media posts.
• Some experience creating visual content with Canva/Photoshop.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and analysis.
• Excellent time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across social channels (LinkedIn and others).
• Develop content and campaigns for global and local markets with country teams.
• Write articles and posts in different styles and tones.
• Manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns across channels.
• Track performance, interpret results, and turn insights into actions.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders and management.
• Coordinate input from stakeholders and secure approvals, scheduling meetings.
• Work with designers, video producers, and external partners on visuals.
• Monitor channels and engage with the community to protect brand voice.
• Stay updated on trends and bring new ideas to the team.
