Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Civil Site Manager to oversee civil and structural construction on power plant sites globally. You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site engineers, ensuring progress against schedule, budget, and quality targets while upholding health, safety, and environmental standards.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams and liaise with customers and engineering teams to drive efficient project execution and resolve on-site challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in civil/structural field or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Strong German language skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil and structural construction activities to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Identify and resolve technical, logistical, and workforce challenges during project execution.
• Oversee foundations, structural steel, buildings, and infrastructure works on site.
• Review construction documentation and support sequencing, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards with proper reporting.
