Job summary

Kanadevia Inova is seeking a qualified candidate to manage site campaigns and co-ordinate site teams in the Górnośląsko-Zagłębiowska Metropolia, Gliwice. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and over 7 years of experience in industrial site leadership, particularly in erection campaigns for boiler pressure parts and pipework. You will ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations and maintain technical documentation in a role that requires assertive leadership skills and the ability to solve complex problems. Fluency in Polish is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Bachelor/Master) in mechanical or industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading erection campaigns for boiler pressure parts and pipework packages.
• Proven experience coordinating construction and installation contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical department during planning, tendering, and quotation phases.
• Lead site campaigns and represent KVI towards customers and authorities.
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
