Job summary

Sii Poland seeks a strategic Leader to shape and govern enterprise-wide ITSM/ESM programs. You will drive transformation, establish standards, and ensure compliance in a complex, regulated healthcare-related environment.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in service quality, efficiency, and user experience, leveraging ServiceNow and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years hands-on ServiceNow experience in global contexts.
• Strong knowledge of service management, governance and life sciences compliance.
• Experience designing governance structures, metrics and improvements.
• Expertise in CMDB/Discovery/Service Mapping and data relationships.
• Fluent English and senior stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead global ITSM and ESM practices across the organization.
• Define and govern service management standards, policies and KPIs.
• Drive process excellence with clear ownership and governance.
• Build and lead a high-performing ITSM capability across teams.
• Develop service metrics, reporting frameworks and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with platform teams to enable ServiceNow solutions.
• Advise senior leadership on governance, maturity and transformation.
