Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to drive delivery excellence across the Supply Chain Technologies portfolio, acting as a trusted partner to the Director and ensuring successful delivery of projects, services, and customer implementations.

The role leads global cross-functional teams, manages multi-vendor engagements, ensures SLA/KPI targets, governance, risk, capacity, and financial oversight, and supports business transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT service delivery or program management.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams.
• Strong governance, capacity and financial management.
• Experience with customer implementations and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery governance across projects, services, implementations, and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee portfolio planning, risk, capacity, and budgets.
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams (business, IT, operations, vendors).
• Ensure service performance and SLA/KPI adherence.
• Escalation point for delivery and operations issues.
• Prepare executive reporting and support the Director.
