Remitly Poland is seeking a seasoned Corporate Security leader to own our global safety program. You will monitor threat environments, brief executives, and translate risk into actionable guidance across offices worldwide, including Poland.

This role shapes standards, emergency guides, and audit-ready documentation with HR, Legal, and Risk partners. With 7+ years in security, you will build programs across regions, manage external vendors, and support ISO 27001 and related audits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate security experience in global programs.
• Experience managing geopolitical risk across multiple regions.
• Proven ability to build and run global security standards and incident guides.
• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or equivalent audits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor active threat environments and brief leadership on geopolitical risk.
• Develop security standards, emergency guides, and site-level audits.
• Oversee high-risk travel security and events with partners.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Risk for safety policies.
