Job summary

GlobalLogic is looking for a SOC Lead / Manager in Krakow to oversee Security Operations Center operations. You will ensure high-quality monitoring and incident response services, leading a team of security analysts and incident responders.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SOC or cybersecurity operations, including team leadership. This onsite role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, caring corporate culture focused on employee growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC), Cybersecurity Operations, or Incident Response.
• 2+ years of experience in leading SOC teams.
• Strong understanding of SOC processes and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of SOC operations, ensuring effective delivery of security monitoring services.
• Lead and manage SOC teams including Security Analysts and Incident Responders.
• Develop and maintain SOC operational processes and procedures.
