Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced Program Manager / Product Owner to own a strategic customer protection and service program from concept to execution in an international context. This role involves close collaboration with business, technology, and external partners.

You will drive the business case, coordinate cross-functional teams, govern the program, and lead pilot deployments with data-driven decision making. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance, protection programs, after-sales services, or consumer-device ecosystems.
• Proven end-to-end program ownership beyond PMO.
• Experience with insurers, TPAs, brokers, or protection tech platforms.
• Strong financial modelling skills including NPV and breakeven analysis.
• Understanding of EU IDD framework for insurance distribution.
• Advanced English and executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience preparing investment recommendations and supporting strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the program business case and financial model.
• Lead vendor sourcing activities, including RFI/RFQ processes, evaluations, negotiations, and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, finance, legal, procurement, operations, and IT.
• Manage program governance, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level communication.
• Oversee launch readiness, contracting processes, and pilot execution.
• Define success metrics and provide data-driven recommendations regarding program scaling and future investments.
