Job summary

ABB in Kraków is seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes within a multinational setting. You will partner with senior stakeholders to optimize costs, quality, and delivery while growing a high-performing procurement team.

We expect 5+ years in supply chain/procurement and at least 3 years of people leadership, with strong ERP skills (SAP), Excel, and Power BI. Fluent Polish and English are required for daily communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain or Procurement within a multinational
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of procurement, supplier management, contract management
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Excel and Power BI
• Fluent Polish and English in written and spoken form

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Procure-to-Pay processes to ensure efficient, high-quality, and compliant procurement operations.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to continuously develop and expand the service portfolio and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on cost optimization, quality improvements, delivery performance, and working capital enhancement.
• Oversee planning and execution of procurement activities, budget management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
