ABB's Robotics procurement team in Kraków seeks a leader to drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations, optimizing costs, quality and supplier performance in a fast-moving, international setting.

You will coach a team of procurement specialists, partner with senior stakeholders, and ensure service delivery and KPI targets are met, while maintaining fluent Polish and English. This role reports to Cluster DACH Robotics Operations Manager & Auto BL Manager.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Shared Services within a multinational organization.
• At least 3 years of people leadership and team management experience.
• Strong understanding of operational procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contract management and procurement best practices.
• Experience in Global Business Services through SLAs and KPIs.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Procure-to-Pay processes to ensure efficient, high-quality, and compliant procurement operations while meeting agreed service levels and business requirements.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to continuously develop and expand the service portfolio and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on cost optimization, quality improvements, delivery performance and working capital enhancement.
• Oversee planning and execution of procurement activities, budget management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team
