HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) seeks an HR Systems Specialist to deliver functional support for the MyHR ecosystem and SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, and more. You will collaborate with nearshore partners and stakeholders to ensure design integrity and process excellence.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in SAP SuccessFactors, deep HR process knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to drive

Competenze

• Bachelor/Master degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and enabling technologies.
• Experience with digital products integrating with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver functional support within the MyHR ecosystem.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors modules including EC, LMS, RC, RMK, ONB, PMGM, S&D, COMP.
• Assist other global HR systems like PeopleDoc and ServiceNow.
• Be the HR Systems & Solutions expert for global template processes.
