Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance technology with hands-on SAP leadership.
• Proven track record leading teams and strategic initiatives across regions.
• Strong expertise in enterprise finance systems, accounting, consolidation, and reporting.
• Ability to balance global standards with local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance.
• Lead design and optimization of core financial processes for scalability and compliance.
• Drive automation and data-driven improvements across the organization.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology teams.
• Manage regional/global transformation initiatives and oversee deployments.
