Sii Poland is seeking a strategic leader to own the finance technology roadmap and governance across international markets. You will drive the development of a modern finance systems landscape, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with both global standards and local needs.

The role requires deep finance platform expertise, strong people leadership, and governance skills to steer large-scale transformations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance technology and leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise finance systems and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance across international operations.
• Lead the design and optimization of core financial processes for scalability and compliance.
• Drive automation and data-driven improvements to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage regional and global transformation initiatives including deployments and adoption of new capabilities.
• Build, mentor, and coordinate high-performing teams and external partners.
