Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a strategic Finance Technology Leader to shape the future of finance platforms across international markets. You will own the roadmap, governance, and global-to-local alignment for transformational programs.

The role requires hands-on SAP expertise, strong leadership of diverse teams, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, risk, procurement, and IT to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in finance technology with hands-on SAP experience.
• Experience leading teams and strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in enterprise finance processes and multi-currency, tax, period-end closing.
• Fluent English with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance across international operations.
• Lead design and optimization of core financial processes for scalability, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive automation, digital innovation, and data-driven decision making to standardize processes.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology teams to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.
• Manage regional and global transformation initiatives, including system deployments and adoption of new capabilities.
• Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while coordinating external partners.
