Job summary

Sii Poland in Poland is seeking an experienced senior leader to shape the finance technology landscape across international markets. You will drive governance, standardization, and execution of large-scale transformation programs focusing on SAP-driven finance platforms and data-driven improvements.

You will manage cross-functional teams, mentor leaders, and collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align standards with local needs while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance technology leadership roles
• Hands-on SAP consultant background
• Experience leading large transformation programs
• Fluent English and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance model across international operations
• Lead the design and optimization of core financial processes, ensuring scalability, consistency, and regulatory compliance
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, digital innovation, data-driven decisions, and process standardization
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Manage regional and global transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, deployments, and adoption of new capabilities
• Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while coordinating external partners and consultants
