Job summary

Creatio, an AI CRM and workflow platform, is seeking a proactive Sales Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in Poland. This role focuses on sourcing Account Executives and Regional Sales Directors across global markets, from the U.S.

to Australia, using AI-assisted search and modern techniques. You will build high-quality pipelines, conduct market research, engage passive candidates with personalized outreach, and collaborate with recruiters to shape our international sales hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing sales roles, especially Account Executives or Regional Sales Directors.
• At least 6 months of hands-on sourcing experience; international markets a plus.
• Strong interest in AI and using AI tools in sourcing or recruiting.
• Curiosity to experiment with new tools and techniques.
• Strong English communication skills for international interactions.
• Excellent research skills to identify talent across markets.
• Ability to write personalized, engaging outreach messages.
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the TA team.

Responsibilities

• Source AEs and RSDs across global markets (US to Australia).
• Research regional markets, target companies, and candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain high-quality global pipelines.
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach.
• Use AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align with hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
