Job summary

Creatio is seeking a proactive Non-Technical Sourcer to join its Talent Acquisition team in Poland. You will identify, engage, and build pipelines for non-technical roles across business functions, leveraging AI tools to enhance research and outreach.

You'll work with international candidates, adapt strategies to diverse markets, and partner with TA Specialists to prioritize hiring needs while ensuring high-quality candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience Sourcing non-technical or business-function roles.
• At least 6 months of hands-on sourcing experience.
• Experience with international markets is a strong advantage.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to write personalized and engaging outreach messages.
• Curiosity to experiment with new tools and automation.
• Experience using AI tools in sourcing, recruiting, or research.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across non-technical functions such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Customer Success.
• Adapt research and outreach strategies to different business functions and markets.
• Source candidates across different seniority levels and build pipelines.
• Develop and continuously improve sourcing strategies for niches.
• Actively use AI tools to improve candidate research, market mapping, and personalization.
• Identify and engage passive candidates with highly personalized outreach.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to align with hiring needs.
• Review candidate profiles and screen for fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.
