Qualifications

• 10+ years in steel/metals or raw materials sales, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong leadership to translate strategy into targets and growth.
• Experience in pricing, margins, forecasting, and key account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for domestic and international markets.
• Lead pricing strategies, manage margins, and forecast performance.
• Own sales budgeting, performance reporting, and corrective actions.
