What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Several years of successful IT development and operations management in a multinational, multivendor environment, with a focus on Sales and Marketing related solutions. Experience working with data integrations.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of system development and hands‑on experience on CRM and Marketing solutions, enabling you to effectively challenge and collaborate with partners.
- Qualifications: A relevant academic degree is required. Agile certification (e.g., SAFe) is a plus and reflects your commitment to continuous improvement.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage remote teams, vendor relationships, and system implementations. You’re a self‑starter who thrives on responsibility and accountability.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent interpersonal skills. You can present and negotiate effectively at all levels and manage customer relationships with business stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead development and IT operations for assigned applications as CRM ensuring those alignment with business goals. Manage the vendor ecosystem, and work closely with platform teams. for technical expertise. Drives standardization, automation, and improvement initiatives.
- Sales and Marketing knowledge: ensuring that key process capabilities are supported in solution development. Tight collaboration with Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with Sales, Brand and Marketing stakeholders. Lead change initiatives and drive business value realization.
- Financial Management: Oversee the application lifecycle, including budgeting and KPIs, demonstrating strategic IT service delivery.
- Project management: acts as Project Manager for small scale of projects and continuous enhancements
- Training & Support: facilitate and support the key super user network for CRM related topics.

Salary range in Poland: 13,880 to 17 300 zl. gross per month. Final offer depends on candidate's experience and competence.
