Qualifications

• Several years of successful IT development and operations management in a multinational environment, with a focus on Sales and Marketing related solutions.
• Strong understanding of system development and hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing solutions.
• A relevant academic degree is required; Agile certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams, vendor relationships, and system implementations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and IT operations for assigned CRM applications aligned with business goals.
• Manage vendor ecosystem and collaborate with platform teams for technical excellence.
• Ensure key process capabilities are supported in solution development with Sales and Marketing alignment.
• Build strong relationships with Sales, Brand and Marketing stakeholders; lead change initiatives.
• Oversee the application lifecycle, including budgeting and KPIs for IT service delivery.
• Act as Project Manager for small projects and continuous enhancements.
• Facilitate and support the CRM super user network.
