Job summary

Outokumpu in Katowice is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader to drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets. You will own pricing strategies, forecast accuracy, and performance reporting while building strong relationships with key customers and expanding market share.

You will lead sales teams, collaborate with supply chain and operations, and translate strategy into actionable targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in steel/metals or raw materials sales, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong leadership to translate strategy into targets and growth.
• Experience in pricing, margins, forecasting, and key account management.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for domestic and international markets, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Lead pricing strategies, balancing volume, margins, and market trends while managing risks and profitability.
• Own sales forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, and corrective actions to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and optimize sales channels.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across existing and new market segments.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, develop, and motivate sales teams to achieve local and global objectives.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in the steel industry, metals, or raw materials business, including 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear business targets.
• Experience in pricing, margin optimization, forecasting, and customer relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Metallurgy, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach.
