Job summary

Astellas is seeking a S2P Solution and Transformation Lead in Warsaw to drive global standardisation, optimisation, and adoption of Source to Pay processes, with a focus on Contracting and Third-Party Lifecycle Management.

You will lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver measurable value through a strategic transformation roadmap and an improved user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Source to Pay transformations and procurement operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Knowledge of S2P technologies and AI for service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead global standardisation and adoption of S2P processes with focus on Contracting and TPLM.
• Drive process improvement, change management, and user adoption through stakeholder engagement.
• Build relationships with senior leaders in Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Finance and Procurement.
• Lead and develop S2P teams with coaching and governance oversight.
• Define and execute a multi-year S2P roadmap leveraging technology and Agile practices.
