Job summary

Astellas is seeking a S2P Solution and Transformation Lead in Warsaw to drive global standardisation, optimisation, and adoption of Source to Pay processes, with a focus on Contracting and Third-Party Lifecycle Management.

  • Lead and develop S2P teams with coaching and governance oversight.
  • Define and execute a multi-year S2P roadmap leveraging technology and Agile practices.

Location and Working Environment

This is a permanent role and will require you to be onsite 2 days per week in our Warsaw, Poland office.

Purpose & Scope

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the global standardisation, optimisation, and adoption of Astellas' Source to Pay (S2P) processes, with a particular focus on the Contracting and Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TPLM) elements of the end-to-end process.
In this role, you will lead process improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities to support the successful adoption of global S2P standards across Japan. You will work closely with business leaders, functional stakeholders, and service providers to enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, leverage technology and AI capabilities, and deliver measurable business value through a strategic transformation roadmap.
You will provide leadership to process and operational teams while acting as a key subject matter expert within the wider S2P transformation agenda, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and a seamless end-user experience.

Role And Responsibilities
  • Lead the global standardisation and adoption of Source to Pay processes, with a focus on Contracting and TPLM in Japan.
  • Drive process improvement, change management, and user adoption through effective stakeholder engagement and leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key functions including Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Lead and develop Source to Pay teams, providing coaching, capability development, and operational oversight.
  • Define and execute a multi-year S2P improvement roadmap leveraging technology, AI, Agile methodologies, and external best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience within Source to Pay, Procurement Operations, or related transformation environments.
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering strategic process improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of Source to Pay technologies and the application of AI to enhance service delivery and user experience.
  • Experience working within Agile environments and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Agile certification or formal Agile methodology experience.
  • Experience with Vendor Contracting and Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TPLM).
  • Knowledge of vendor management practices and service provider governance.
  • Experience leading global process standardisation programs within complex matrix organisations.
