Becton, Dickinson and Company in Wroclaw is seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead process standardization and automation initiatives within Record to Report and intercompany transformation. You will shape global standards, controls, and governance while collaborating with regional teams to implement efficient, compliant processes.

The role emphasizes balance sheet reconciliation modernization, adoption of policies, and exploration of RPA/AI-enabled solutions.

Competenze

• BS/BA in Accounting; minimum 3 years in general accounting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Experience in regional/global shared service environments is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP/BlackLine background advantageous.

Mansioni

• Participate in end-to-end assessment of Record to Report processes and drive standardization.
• Design global process standards, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with regional RTR and Finance teams to drive adoption of new processes.
• Drive automation opportunities and support digital transformation projects.
