Job summary

CoolPeople Technology is expanding its finance transformation capabilities within a Swiss-client project. We seek a Process Accounting Lead to design and stabilize a global process accounting operating model, drive RTR standardization, and lead the setup of a BPO and Finance CoE.

Qualifications

• Designing, implementing or managing global process accounting models.
• Establishing or implementing BPO / CoE operating models in finance.
• Record-to-Report (RTR) standardization and global finance operations.
• Automation initiatives in accounting and finance.
• Workflow solutions – requests, approvals and processing.
• Bank interface operations, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Complex finance transformation initiatives.
• English C1; Polish C1 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and stabilize a global process accounting operating model.
• Set up a BPO model and Finance Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Lead RTR process standardization across finance operations.
• Optimize bank interfaces and financial controls.
• Automate fixed-asset request workflows.
• Identify further automation opportunities across RTR.
• Collaborate with global finance teams, BPO providers and IT.
• Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement.

Job description

Have you designed global accounting operating models and driven automation in Record-to-Report? On a finance transformation program for a Swiss client, an established Polish team is adding a Process Accounting Lead to standardize global accounting operations, support the setup of a BPO and Center of Excellence model and automate bank interface and fixed-asset processes. Required is solid experience with global process accounting models, RTR standardization and automation in finance, plus fluent English and Polish.

Project

• design and stabilization of a global process accounting operating model
