Job summary

Takeda Łódź Global Capability Center seeks a Record to Report Lead to manage a team of accounting professionals and oversee month-end close across multiple entities. You will drive standardisation, controls, and continuous improvement within a multinational RtR function.

The role requires IFRS expertise, SOX awareness, and leadership to deliver high-quality financial reporting while coordinating with global Finance CoE and auditors.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• ≈10 years accounting/finance experience, shared services multinational.
• Strong month-end close, balance sheet reviews, reconciliations in international environment.
• Solid IFRS knowledge with local GAAP awareness.
• SOX internal controls compliance.
• Leadership experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience with cross-border finance teams and shared service centers.
• Experience with SAP, BlackLine, HFM or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead RtR accounting professionals and develop a high-performing team.
• Coordinate month-end close ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
• Drive standardisation and efficiency across processes.
• Ensure robust controls within assigned scope.
• Coordinate topics with Controllers, CoE teams, local finance, Tax, Treasury, and auditors.
• Support Global RtR Lead and Global Finance CoE initiatives.
• Drive consistency, efficiency and value creation across the function.
• Collaborate with regional RtR Leads to extend scope and capabilities.
• Work with R2R Global Process Owner to implement solutions.
• Lead transformation, digitalisation and automation within RtR.
• Engage with Global Finance CoE functions and business leaders.
