Job summary
InPost Group is seeking a Group Lead Rewards Innovation & Technology to bridge rewards expertise with HR technology, data, and digital transformation. You will shape the global rewards technology roadmap, automate processes, and strengthen analytics across compensation, benefits, executive rewards, and global mobility.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, Rewards Analytics, or related field with rewards exposure.
- Experience implementing rewards modules in SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
- Proven track record delivering automation/digitalization projects in HR or Rewards.
- Experience building dashboards and analytics solutions using BI tools.
Responsibilities
- Shape global Rewards technology roadmap including HRIS modules and data infrastructure.
- Automate critical rewards processes and improve speed and accuracy of workflows.
- Lead requirements translation into system specifications and priority setting.
- Configure and improve Rewards modules in enterprise HRIS environments (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
- Develop rewards analytics capabilities with dashboards and reporting.
