Job summary

InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform from the ground up. It’s a large-scale, international initiative where engineers will shape the architecture, build core fintech components, and create solutions designed to operate at InPost’s scale.

We’re building a lean, highly effective engineering organization in Poland with AI-native engineering at its core. You’ll operate at the intersection of technology, operations, finance, recruitment and process automation to manage external workforce

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, HR ops, business support or finance operations.
• Experience with contract administration, vendor management and invoice processing.
• Experience with SAP or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Practical AI tools usage to improve processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full contractor lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and offboarding.
• Support engineering hiring activities including OPEX-funded positions.
• Monitor recruitment funnel performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Provide operational visibility into workforce capacity and spend.
• Manage contractor and vendor agreements, docs and approvals.
• Reconcile timesheets and invoices; process payments.
• Maintain records in SAP and related systems.
• Track headcount, hiring activity and spend against budgets.
• Prepare consolidated reports from SAP, ATS and time tracking.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows using AI and lightweight dashboards.
