Job summary

InPost Group is seeking a Group Lead Rewards Innovation & Technology to shape the global Rewards technology roadmap, automate processes, and strengthen analytics across an international organization. You will drive system enhancements, data governance, and AI-enabled solutions.

The role requires deep HR technology experience, excellence in dashboards, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver scalable, transparent Rewards decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS or Rewards analytics.
• Experience implementing Rewards modules in enterprise HRIS like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
• Automation/digitalization projects in HR or Rewards.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive global Rewards technology roadmap and data infrastructure.
• Automate pay reviews, benchmarking data management, and incentive calculations.
• Lead Rewards module configuration in enterprise HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
• Build Rewards analytics dashboards and management reporting.
• Ensure data governance and high data quality across systems.
• Partner with HR Tech and IT on architecture and integrations.
• Enable pay equity and monitor pay gaps via automated pipelines.
• Pilot AI/ML solutions for benchmarking and cost modelling.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and priorities.
