Job summary

State Street seeks an AVP for Global Intelligence & Resiliency by Design to embed resiliency into business change and technology transformations across a global footprint. The role partners with regulatory and executive stakeholders to ensure consistent enterprise standards while addressing regional expectations.

The position emphasizes resilience intelligence, horizon scanning, and risk-informed design guidance, driving execution across US, Europe and APAC.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational resilience within a global financial institution.
• Strong understanding of resiliency-by-design concepts and their application to change and transformation.
• Experience supporting multi-jurisdictional regulatory expectations (US, UK/EU, APAC).
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance and rollout of global resiliency-by-design standards, frameworks and guidance.
• Collaborate with business, technology, cyber and risk stakeholders to ensure resiliency is considered early in the lifecycle of initiatives.
• Enable consistent global application of resiliency-by-design while accommodating regional regulatory nuance (US, Europe, APAC).
• Support resilience intelligence activities and translate insights into practical design guidance and prioritisation inputs.
