TheAssistanceVice President, Global Intelligence & Resiliency by Design, plays a critical role within the Enterprise Resilience Office, supporting theteamin embedding resilience by design across the firm’s global footprint. The role is heavily weighted toward ensuring resilience considerations are systematically integrated into business change, technology transformation, operating model evolution and strategic initiatives, while being informed by forward-looking resilience intelligence. TheAVP operates with a global remit, supporting consistent enterprise standards while addressing regional regulatory expectations across the State Street markets, and acts as a trusted execution partnerfor the team onboth strategic initiatives and ad-hoc executive requests.

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
