Job summary

State Street is seeking an experienced analytics leader to drive end-to-end risk analytics products and reporting across Non‑Financial Risks in Krakow/Gdansk, Poland. You will combine data storytelling with technical fluency in SQL, Python and Power BI to modernize workflows and scale AI-enabled solutions.

The role supports a hybrid work pattern (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and requires strong leadership to guide a team with clarity and care while partnering with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in analytics/leadership roles.
• Experience delivering analytics/reporting products in financial services risk.
• Experience modernizing pipelines and moving from manual to automated workflows.
• Familiarity with governance tools and risk/regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and ongoing improvement of NFR analytics products and reporting processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver clear dashboards and insights.
• Drive modernization by automating and standardizing product pipelines.
• Improve data quality, lineage, version control, and source of truth across products.
• Lead a team with clarity and care, coaching talent and setting achievable goals.
