Job summary

GPC Global Technology Center in Krakow is seeking an experienced Release Manager & Coordinator to define release standards, oversee production deployments, and liaise with clients. The role emphasizes process improvement, documentation, and ensuring ITIL v3 alignment across the organization.

You will collaborate with product and development teams, manage calendars, prepare PRRs, and publish release results, Go/No-Go decisions, and risk statements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Release Manager or Release Coordinator
• Ability to work outside normal hours for production deployments (evening CET)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence project management tools

Responsibilities

• Define and document release standards compliant with ITIL v3
• Coordinate release across departments and manage calendar and PRR
• Communicate outcomes to clients and EU CAB; maintain RACI lists
• Publish release results and manage Go/No-Go meetings and war room
