Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking an Expert Project Manager to drive change management and release activities across large-scale programs. You will coordinate with business and technical stakeholders and guide application development teams through complex transitions.

The role requires 5+ years of project or programme management experience, strong change and release management skills, and excellent communication in English. Knowledge of z/OS or regulated industries is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or programme management within a large organization, with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in change and release management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities for business process and technical changes
• Manage communication and alignment with business and technical stakeholders
• Coordinate change-related activities across application development teams
• Oversee change and release management processes in line with internal guidelines and procedures
• Facilitate information sharing and user upskilling activities
• Act as the single point of contact for change and release management within the programme
