Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or programme management within a large organization, with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in change and release management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Nice to have: knowledge of z/OS mainframe environments.
• Nice to have: experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Nice to have: experience facilitating information sharing and upskilling initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities for business process and technical changes
• Manage communication and alignment with business and technical stakeholders
• Coordinate change-related activities across application development teams
• Oversee change and release management processes in line with internal guidelines and procedures

• Act as the single point of contact for change and release management within the programme
