Job summary

Persán SA is seeking a Regulatory Senior Specialist to ensure full regulatory conformity for our detergent and home care products. You will classify chemical mixtures, prepare SDS and data sheets, and manage PCN submissions.

You will also maintain product dossiers and monitor changes in chemical regulations. You will collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and external auditors, while leading small teams and driving continuous improvement across compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field such as Biotechnology.
• Two+ years in a similar regulatory role within household product industry.
• Strong knowledge of REACH, CLP and Detergents Regulation.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and dossier maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Verify product regulatory compliance with legal and customer requirements for detergents.
• Classify chemical mixtures and develop safety data sheets and ingredient data sheets.
• Submit Poison Centre Notifications (PCN).
• Maintain and update product dossiers and monitor governing acts.
• Assess raw material compliance and communicate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Support laboratory testing plans and coordinate audits and certifications.
