Job summary

Persán SA is seeking a Regulatory Specialist for the Wroblowice plant. You will ensure product regulatory compliance for detergents, classify chemical mixtures, and manage SDS data sheets and PCN submissions.

The role involves coordination with suppliers, internal teams, and external institutions to support sustainable growth. The ideal candidate has a chemistry-related degree, strong English, and at least two years in a regulatory role within household products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field such as Biotechnology.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Verify product regulatory compliance with legal and customer requirements for detergents.
• Classify chemical mixtures and develop SDSs and ingredient data sheets.
• Submit Poison Centre Notifications (PCN) and maintain product dossiers.
• Monitor regulatory acts and assess raw material compliance.
• Coordinate with supply chain and external institutions; support audits.
