Job summary

UBS is seeking a professional to join the Investments Real Asset Business Management team, based in Kraków. You will support front office and business managers to drive improvements, manage risks, and coordinate strategic initiatives across global time zones.

The role focuses on enabling the Investments function through governance, process optimization and collaboration, with exposure to AI-enabled workflow enhancements and regulatory-compliant operations in a global asset manager environment.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Understanding of the Asset Management industry with willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
• Project management, analytical and technical skills, esp. MS Office.
• Fluent English and German, strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day business support to the Asset Management Investments Real Asset business, working with front office teams and other business managers.
• Support a risk-controlled and regulatory compliant operating environment for the Investments function.
• Provide project management and coordination of strategic, change and technology initiatives.
• Support activities associated with Investment Guidelines, Error & Event Management and Operational Risk (ERMS).
• Coordinate semi-annual control assessments to evidence operating effectiveness and controls.
