Job summary

UBS, a leading global wealth manager, is seeking a Digital Assets Distribution Manager in Kraków to build and scale the transversal distribution agenda for digital asset products across UBS.

The role focuses on turning tokenized products into credible commercial propositions across new market channels, and collaborates closely with product and sales teams to translate market learnings into product and platform improvements.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in B2B sales and opening commercial relationships.
• Experience driving change in a large regulated organization.
• Strong commercial judgement with change-the-bank capability.
• Good understanding of digital assets, tokenized products, or new digital distribution models.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across divisions without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the transversal distribution plan for priority digital asset products.
• Build and manage a market-facing channel pipeline across distributors, neobanks, neo-brokers/neo-traders, digital wealth platforms, and fintechs.
• Develop your view on channel strategy, market priorities, and rollout sequencing, and drive alignment and execution across divisions.
• Work with product & sales teams to translate product availability into real market traction.
• Engage directly with external market participants to understand channel requirements and adoption drivers.
• Capture feedback from distributors, partners and market channels and translate it into recommendations for product, platform, and operating-model improvements.
• Prepare and drive transversal rollout plans across business, product, legal, compliance, risk, operations and technology.
