Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• No prior experience required, but if you have it, it’s an asset.
• Motivated, self-directed and driven, as well as adaptable and able to work across teams and functions.
• Ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Available to work under pressure.
• Great organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and relationship building skills.
• Curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Client's account opening and maintenance.
• Launch investigations, prepare documents, provide information, and compose correspondence with stakeholders.
• Interact with client relationship teams and other front and middle office teams.
