Job summary

HSBC seeks a senior leader for the Regulatory Compliance Centre of Excellence, directing the RC Risk Stewardship function globally. You will drive strategy, manage a large global team, and partner with senior executives to ensure robust risk management, controls, and reporting across the organisation.

You will lead collaboration with Group RC and others to deliver on global priorities, while promoting a strong control culture, accountability, and continuous improvement across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large multinational teams.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Excellent presentation and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the RC Risk Stewardship team and oversee global risk activities.
• Collaborate with Group Head of RC and RC Senior Leadership to ensure timely delivery of risk strategies.
• Provide subject matter expertise and challenge to risk owners and control owners.
• Define and monitor risk appetite and oversee control environment improvements.
