Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a senior CSR risk professional to lead integrated case management and advisory work on technology risk. You will liaise with Client Service Teams, firm functions, and leaders to improve risk controls and guidance.

Based in Europe or Asia, you will contribute to the Global Technology Risk efforts, building trusted partnerships, and shaping risk practices across geographies while advancing data integrity and transparency in our client service work.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate with senior leaders.
• Ability to challenge conventional wisdom and influence others.
• Proven experience across consulting, risk, compliance, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated case management and CSR advice on technology risk.
• Collaborate with CSTs, firm functions and cell leaders to streamline processes.
• Build relationships with CSP colleagues and product teams.
• Develop robust data collection and maintain data integrity for casework.
• Support policy reviews, risk assessments, and awareness initiatives.
