Job summary

VTU Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer for complex industrial projects in Poland. You will plan electrical work, verify safety and quality, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery.

You will monitor progress, assist with cost estimation, and deliver as‑built documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across international projects. Fluent Polish and English are required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Systems Engineering or higher
2+ years of practical experience in industrial electrical projects
Must have Electrical Design License
Experience with medium and low voltage power distribution, drawings, and hazard classifications
Fluent Polish and English; German is a plus
Willingness to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

Plan the electrical part of the project: Define what needs to be done and how the electrical engineering work will be executed
Check safety and quality: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal rules
Coordinate external partners: Act as the company’s representative with contractors and suppliers
Track project progress: Monitor timelines and prepare project reports
Support cost planning: Help create project cost estimates
Prepare final project documents: Collect and provide all necessary as‑built documentation
Perform site supervision: Conduct local author’s supervision to ensure construction follows the design
Provide technical input for other disciplines: Supply requirements for other engineering teams
