Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience designing or leading risk frameworks, governance, and cross-functional mitigation programs in a global organization.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
• Relevant certification such as ISO 31000 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the global supplier risk and resilience strategy and governance model.
• Design and improve end-to-end supplier risk management framework from onboarding to offboarding.
• Lead cross-functional risk domains including supply continuity and scenario planning.
• Establish early warning, incident triage, and disruption response protocols.
• Provide executive reporting on risk portfolio, threats, and incidents.
• Lead and develop the Supplier Risk and Resilience team and manage portfolios.
• Represent Procurement in cross-functional risk forums and external networks.
